Music Key to Happiness
Hope it is going well where ever you are guys.
As a universal law, human naturally loves to be happy. Happiness is a sign that we are in tune with the invisible universal energy of nature. All babies unconsciously are aware of this fact that is why they can laugh all day long over every thing, even things that we think are not that funny. Unfortunately over the years of our lives our environment, family and teachers, even TV and newspapers condition us to think this kind of natural happiness is a form of unhealthy and unnecessary happiness. By the time we reach 21, almost all of us are in one way or the other suffering from some sort of, Depression, Anxiety, Stress, or Anger due to our past lives conditions.
I believe, as human beings, our mission must be to get back in tune with that lost harmony with the universe that is embedded in our spirit and get back to happiness. I totally agree that going to therapy and seeing a psychologist help, however, from a point of view of a musician I believe the process of achieving this goal will be much easier and faster through practicing music.
Sounds are called music when they are in a harmonious relationship known as “Being in Tune”. You can not create music unless you yourself are in tune with some part of the universal beauty. And the main essence of beauty is harmony and balance. (Explaining beauty from point of view of a musician is a separate blog by itself. But I have one word for you: Rhythm.)
Through practicing music we learn to identify what we are lacking as far as getting in balance. We discover our souls and unique psychological shortages. We find out when we play better, when we get frustrated, when we give up and when it makes us happy or sad.
And isn’t life a practice after all? Isn’t it a practice of perfection? I believe it is. But remember LIFE IS NOT A DRESS REHEARSAL. We are only being given one chance to shine.
Have fun discovering yourself behind the sheets of music. And share with me if you have an experience related to this topic.
Love and Peace everybody
